ClagalsiR –Claudin-3 GalNAc-siRNA
ClagalsiR is CALDRE’s proprietary claudin-3 targeting, liver specific GalNAc-siRNA that opens the paracellular barrier between liver hepatocytes.
Shown in our pre-clinical in vivo models, claudin-3 inhibition increases the water content in bile - lowering bile toxicity- and thereby lowered tissue necrosis and fibrosis
